It appears this is a battery-operated train - brand: Animal Train.
The name is clear but there is no more information in your picture.
This listing on eBay is made by the same company but the writing on the box is not legible so the company name, origin or date cannot be read.
This train seems to be in very good condition and has the original box. The difference appears to be that your train has a Hippo as an engineer and the one in this listing has a Pig as an engineer.

If you are asking in reference to the value it would seem the value is very, very low and very slow selling.
This particular train is listed for sale at $5 with $10 shipping. It has been listed for sale for over 2 1/2 years and has not sold.

You might try contacting this seller and ask if they would provide you with the information shown on the box as this would provide the information you are asking about.

On the last photo there is a maker's mark:

This is mark of Taiwanese company Soon Cheng Toys:

Here is the address of this company:

You have a Vintage Animal train battery operated, made in Taiwan by Soon Cheng Toys.
I think it dates to the 1970's-1980's.

Your toy appears to be in good condition, but does it work? There is no box in the photos, so I think your toy does not have an original box.
This one looks similar www.ebay.com/.../113392339673, but the seller didn't find the name of the brand. It has an original box and is listed at $5, but the box looks faded, the stickers on the toy have peeled off at the edges. If your toy works, then I think its value is $6-8.

You might ask someone @ these sites:

You can also generate an alert to see if another animal train toy engine like yours turns up:

Here is an absolutely identical toy (colors and a Hippo as an engineer are identical) in an original box:

www.ebay.com/.../293180581127

You have a vintage Animal train by Soon Cheng Toys, battery operated.
It is listed at EUR 11.99, approximately US $11.93.

The box is not the same as the box for this toy: www.ebay.com/.../113392339673
I think your toy is more modern than that one. Your toy is featured with 4 electronic sounds.
