I found them only in my baby's nursery, in a trap I set. We were having bites for months and I'm trying to figure out the cause so I can eliminate them. They are very small. Thanks in advance.

It could be a silverfish.
It is a little blurry for me...so I am not 100% sure..but I will tell you that to my knowledge as creepy and disgusting as they are/look....silverfish, firebrats and house centipedes don't typically bite...I have two links with pix to help you better ID it:

If you are sure it is one of these, then there may be a secondary issue with something that bites.
The three above are all drawn to moisture and paper so a dehumidifier helps, as does getting rid of boxes or papers if there are any laying around.
Hope this gets you started. Sometimes it is best to eliminate things and then go from there.

Thank you so much for your information. They look like they are silverfish. Looks like my hunt isnt over but at least I have a starting point. I have a feeling Im going to have to get a professional involved. Thanks again for your time.
When in doubt calling a pro is usually best. Hope they can give you a full and quick solution!
