I have these coming off my skin and clothing. I have noticed repellent that help with the adults, it's like I can't kill them. If anyone knows what these are, please help.

I think this is Botflies (warble flies / heel flies /gadflies)
Their larvae are internal parasites of mammals, some species growing in the host's flesh and others within the gut. There is Dermatobia hominis. This is the only species of botfly known to parasitize humans routinely, though other species of flies cause myiasis in humans.
It might help to know where you live.
I hope you are doing better and I am sorry you are going thru this - it is a full time job and exhausting, not to mention a very lonely condition for me. I have these same things coming out of me and my dogs. They have not bothered young son that lives with me at all. The numerous Doctors, Dermatologists and Entomologists I have been referred to suggest I see a psychiatrist- I live in Las Vegas and have had this condition for over a year now. I belong to a FaceBook group and there are medical professionals that belong also. It has been suggested that I have mites, parasitic infestation, biofilm...I was prescribed creams and shampoos that give me temporary relief but no cure. I bath in Borax and that draws them out. I put Vicks Vapor rub in my nose and ears when they are active there. They have destroyed my hair, put holes and trails in my face and skin, infected my eyelashes so I have none now and my vision has seriously deteriorated .
