I found these bug eggs on my hammock outside. (I think these are bug eggs). I don't know what they are or if they're dangerous or not. could someone help me out identifying what these are? How would I get rid of them?

Put some in a bag and take to your local garden center. They will help you identify it and tell you how to get rid of it
There are a lot of black bug eggs so I wouldn't be able to say for sure what kind they are. I've noticed bug eggs around the house but most of the time they never seem to hatch.
Difficult to tell as this is outside and there are numerous types of bugs that breed on anything so maybe it would be a good idea to take your pictures to someplace like Ace or True Value hardware store and see if they can help you as they usually have very knowledgeable people in their stores.
You can also send the pictures to the agency in your area and they can help:

There are too many bugs that start out as eggs like these, to be able to identify, but don't worry. Just take some warm soapy water and a scrub brush and clean them all off, then rinse well and let the hammock dry.
