What is this bug kind and how does it get in? Two days before I had seen a bug more like a ladybug with yellow color and black spots and it had wings. Then I saw news of invasive ladybugs! They are not bees or something? Today I have seen the bug in the picture. Last year there was another kind that was coming persistently. I don't want to vent my room anymore. Our windows even have swatters. How it is it a different kind each summer? I find it really nice that you are helping out about bugs. I always thought that it would be if some website could help us address them.

When I read your description I was expecting to see the Japanese beetle or Asian beetles. The photo however, looks like a common carpet beetle. They eat fibers. They are rampant now. A good vacuum cleaning and steam cleaning of soft furniture gets rid of them most times. Be sure to rid outside of your house of yard debris, where they breed. Also seal gaps and cracks in the foundation and windows and doors. Post back with an update!
I do believe this is a carpet beetle that has come into your home. If you want to keep them out one way is to lay down some sticky fly paper around the edged of the carpet, your windows, and a few areas in your home.
This a Varied Carpet Beetle, here is info- and history of these pest- en.wikipedia.org/
