Likely springtails. They enter through cracks in windows, screens, doors, etc. and are attracted to moisture, so check for leaky pipes and faucets. Caulk or otherwise close up everything you can find. Outdoors, remove organic debris (leaves etc.) close to the house and make sure spigots and hose are not dripping.

This looks like Collembola- better known as Springtails . This insect loves moist conditions , like drains, window seals, bathrooms, where a lot of moisture and wet conditions accumulate - en.wikipedia.org/.../springtails

Springtails. They are attracted to damp areas. You can vacuum them up and release away from your house. It looks like they are on a window sill.

Cedar oil kills them, so if you place it outside below your window, they may not be able to survive enough to climb up from the ground.
