I found these the other day running all over the outside deck on the railings that they run very very quickly! I also noticed a few in my bathroom not too far from the deck but inside the house. Can anybody identify?

Picture of insect is a bit blurry; hard to tell from other similar ones. So, is there moisture around the area of your deck? I'm going to make a quick guess that it might be a roach. There are 2 very good products you can buy online that causes this insect to digest it and take it back to their colony.
You apply this in the areas where you see them; especially on the deck/bathroom. They are Vendetta Plus gel bait and Combat Max killing gel. You can apply inbetween deck wood flooring, so a pet doesn't lick it. Inside floor registers, anyplace where rainwater doesn't weaken the gel.
This could also be a seasonal insect, but using either of these products will help to alleviate the problem.
Get you a Zevo and no more bugs--worth every penny spent for one.
They also have refills, but I haven't needed one after 3 weeks and I love not having gnats in the summer canning time.
