I am trying to identify a tiny bug. It's a clear bug with a tiny tiny black spot on its back and when you kill them it pops. You can hear it pop an it is full of blood? It's biting the hell out of the old man and he says they are under his skin. He works out doors doing lawn care and handy man services and he does construction. What could this be and how can I help him get rid of the ones under his skin and from in or around our home?

A picture would help. Save some of the bugs in a sealed plastic bag. Take the bag to a place that sells pesticides. They will identify it and tell him what to do.
The description sounds like lice. There are over the counter treatments. If the bites are getting hot or red, please have him see a doctor. Prayers for healing. Post back with updates.
It is difficult without a picture but it sounds like body lice.
Body lice are hardier since they live on clothing and can survive if separated from human contact for up to a week without feeding.
It also sounds like chiggers except for the color (very tiny) but I believe the methods for getting rid of them are probably the same.
