This is a 1960's Cotton Glass Tumbler, here is more info and price- www.etsy.com/
I'm not sure these are Culver as I believe most (if not all) of Culver glassware was signed and never had color - only white black & gold.
I'm not sure of the age as it would be very difficult to determine age without a brand name or past knowledge of this type of glass.
The cotton boll is a very popular design on glassware that is still being made but since this seems to have a lot other 'Southern or plantation' designs it may have been made in the 40's-50's.
I have been unable to find any cotton boll glasses with color like these so it does not appear they were made by a popular company.
Be sure you look carefully at the glasses all around as some artist signed their names in difficult to find ways.
Neat glasses.
These may be Culver gold/white cotton boll glasses. Can you share a clearer photo of both sides? Thanks!!
