I found this little ceramic (?) figurine in Grandma's attic (yes, literally).
It has a number stamped on the bottom, so I thought it might be a thing. Can anyone tell me what it might be? I love the face.

Figurines Without a brand name are rarely valuable and usually very difficult to identify.
I believe your figurine is probably one that was sold in the '40-'60s when everyone wanted the high-priced figurines but could not afford the price.
Most were sold in 5 & 10 cent stores like Woolworth's, Kress.
Sometimes you can check sites like eBay using a description (blonde girl sitting on logs, naked girl reading,) but that type of search is very time-consuming and rarely produces good results.
This was made in a lot of 131. Yours is the 23rd one. This is not valuable
