I am finding these in different sizes either dead or squirming all around the corners of my kitchen after spraying it for ants with some Home Defense the day before. What the hell is it?

They look like millipedes. I have read that they eat small insects (in addition to plants) so maybe they came for the dead ants...although quite frankly, I think the spray will kill them also.
The one in the background does not look like a millipede--it looks like either a silver fish or a thousand legger--it is a little blurry.
If you have a lot of debris around the permiter of your house, get rid of it and the millipedes should go elsewhere. If you have a lot of cardboard and paper around, that attracts thousand leggers and silver fish, so get rid of that.
I take all bugs (onesy/twosies) outside (that is just me). If I feel there is an infestation, I will vaccuum them up and then dump the vaccuum bag over the hill.
Usually that and a good cleaning (inside and out) eliminates the issues.
Ants hate cinnamon and bay leaves, so you may want to use that around the perimeter of your house to get rid of them.
It looks like centipedes. They feed on other bugs. Get rid of the bugs and any moisture in your home.
