These are in my daughter's room, in her clothes and under her bed. What are they and how can I get rid of them? Any help would be appreciated.

It could be a bedbug. I would call an exterminator.
The photo is not very clear. If it is black with a yellow pattern on the back it is probably a carpet beetle. They are basically harmless and eat paper and carpet fibers and glue. Usually if you vaccum them up, give the area a good cleaning, they don't come back.
If you get more, clear any debris around your house, check the foundation, windows and doors for holes and get them fixed. This is the time of year these critters come in for food and warmth.
Usually they are one or two offs and don't become an issue if you get it taken care of quickly.

it is one of two different bugs. it could be a beetle or a bed bug. Considering they are in her clothes I would call a professional and get your home sprayed. This can be harless or not. The photos is hard to tell one way or the other.
