Carpet beetle. They are in season.
I would only be concerned if you lots and lots.
A few, just suck them up in the vacuum cleaner, do a good cleaning of the house, and look around the house for gaps in windows, doors, around the foundation etc. so they don't keep coming back.
They love to feast on fibers...so it is important to get rid of them quickly and when you are cleaning, if you can steam clean where you saw them you can help better prevent them from coming back, kill any eggs, etc.
After enlarging your picture, I can see that this is a Varied Carpet Beetle - belonging to the family Dermestidae. They are considered a pest of domestic houses. The larvae damages fibers like carpet, furniture, clothing, etc.
