Identifying Household Bugs?

What kind of bugs are these and how can I get rid of them? The coloring I be noticing the most is black and they stay bunched together the majority of the time. I don't think black is their original color, it's like a black protection layer for smaller bugs and I have a problem with them getting into everything they even manage to get in your refrigerator and live. I can't even get them out of my car and I tried everything possible.
