I got some plants off the clearance rack, I thought the stickers would have the name of the plant. You know how the stories goes it turned out they did not.
It would be really nice to know how I can take care of them and make sure they are not harmful to my pets.
Thank you for any and all help!

Just guessing. The top plant looks like a variety of Peperomia obtusifolia. The bottom plant looks like Philodendron peperomia.
I am quite sure that the two of them are Hoyas. The hoya family is a very large one and they are more easy to identify by their incredibly beautiful and fragrant flowers. They need plenty of light but no direct sun. You will find many sites of Hoya lovers on the net to help you identify them and to learn how to take care of them as they are easy to grow but capricious bloomers.
Hope this helps, Catherine
The lower hanging plant appears to be Hoya Bilobata: www.almostedenplants.com/
You are correct with it being a Hoya! My mom and grandma both have them and they flower often. I got one over the summer and not doing as well as there's. Takes a bit to find the right window they prefer. Good kuck!
