What kind of eggs would these be? They are on a tree. All I can find is maybe lady bugs? Can you help?

I first thought these were Ladybug eggs but your eggs look round and Ladybug eggs are sort of oval so not sure about that.
They could be spider eggs but your eggs look to have some fuzz and spider eggs are usually smooth.
Maybe if you sent a picture to your county extension agency they could properly identify them so you'll know what you're dealing with.
These look just like the Gypsy Moth eggs I've been seeing on some of my trees, except mine are covered in a tan fuzz. The Gypsy Moth is a fairly large -maybe 1 to 1 1/2 inches long, white with small black dots on the wings.
