What type of eggs are these. They appear everyday. I vacuum them and the next day they are there again. The one picture is squishing it, whateverit is.

Are you sure they are insect eggs? Put some in a plastic bag and see if they hatch.
I would see if you can send it to you local home extension office. It looks like a mold or spider poop. If you see webs around it is probably the latter.
I doubt these are insect eggs. Is it possible that your "popcorn" ceiling texture is coming down (does anything disturb or possibly shake the upstairs at night?) -- or that furniture upholstery is deteriorating and falling down when a pet or person sits on it?
(Be very careful with repairing or removing popcorn ceilings; they may contain asbestos and could be toxic.)
I hope you solve this mystery soon!
It looks like a spider poop like the photo on this site www.woodfloorbusiness.com/
But do you clean it every day? Does it appear every day in as much quantity as in your second photo?
I think these are mites. Check for the telltale signs:
Mold or fungi patches with visible mites
Gray or brown patches or dust next to a food product
Visible mold on food with specs or patches of fungi around the area
Visible mites migrating across a surface
Disturbed mites quickly scattering across a surface
Patches of mold moving by itself
