What kind of eggs are these? Or an even better question is what bug lays these eggs? I live in North East Ohio, I found these outside near my sliding door.

It could be a stink bug.
Your picture does resemble first signs of stink bug eggs and this is the right time of year to start seeing them but research shows they are usually found in the garden/yard on the underside of a leaf.
Here are some pictures of different stages of stink bug eggs.

You can send your picture to your local Extension Office and usually someone will give you an answer and instructions on how to eliminate them.
There are so few that I am not convinced they are from stink bugs--unless you disrupted their process (which is a good thing as these bugs are evil).
Stink bugs usually produce a bunch of eggs at one time (like 40-50) and they hide them under leaves and in bushes. Perhaps you have dumb ones who used a house vs. a leave :)
Also, this is early, as they don't usually start their cycles until May or June (at least in Pittsburgh).
I sure hope this is NOT what you have.
PS if it is, they will probably tell you to flush them down the toilet (if just a few) or burn them (but be careful with this one).
Post back what the home extension office says.
