These appear to be spider mites but the picture blurs when enlarged so it could be something else. Aphids are very small so it might be these.
Almost any of these pests can destroy your tomato plants in a very short time.
A natural remedy is to use Insecticidal Soap or Neem Oil and both of these can be found at most stores or online but Ace or True Value Hardware stores are excellent places to ask for help. You could show them the picture and they will help you decide on what would be best to use but having the soap or Neem oil on hand is always a good idea as you can spray your plants to keep the bugs from attacking in the first place.

Your picture sure resembles the Squash bug but the sites say nothing about tomato plants.
You can always ask your county extension agency for help with any plant problem as they are familiar with problems relating to your area.
Red spider mites eggs?
These look like Aphids eggs. Aphids can destroy any living plant, flower, shrub and vegetable garden. Here is a little more info on this pest of a insect- homeguides.sfgate.com/
Thoes are spider eggs. Normally they love to lay their eggs on the back of plants. When the eggs hatch the small spiders will eat the leaves of the plants when they are born.
