I've been having itching problems for a while. At first I didn't know what it was. I was itching so badly that I started seeing scars on my skin and one day I noticed this small black bug, I'm not sure what it is. Can someone please help?

It could be a mite. I would call an exterminator
Sometimes it is easier to identify the bug from the bite.
WebMD has a great slide show (use the arrow to the right to look at the bites against yours):

If any of your bites are warm and red, please seek medical help immediately as you most likely have an infection.
For severe itching, talk to your doctor and see what he can prescribe. Scratching can lead to infection.
Post back with an update!
Ive went to the doctor they couldnt identify it as nothing . Ive search all over the web and nothing as come up. I will try and exterminator but Im not sure it is very irritating
Hi was wondering if you solved this problem ..
Hi i have been having the same problem since 2019 . I can see the the small black animal i don't know what they are. I have taken them to be examine by pest control company, they said it was nothing, i also took them to my doctor which he sent them out to a Lab, when the results came back he also said it was nothing. I'm being eaten alive by whatever is bitting me. I'm scared from my scalp to my legs, back and face. But specially my arm's. I have done from fumigation too bathing in a half of cup of Clorox. Nothing has removed these things .
Have you had any luck? I have the same problem in Kalamazoo, MI since last November. I have lost my hair, my apartment, most of my things, and my MIND!!!
You can use oatmeal powder in a bath or oatmeal lotion to help sooth the bites. If you find out what it is please update!
What are the names of these tiny bugs

They're called No See Ums.
I just learned that I have them. I sprayed everything in my apartment and washed everything to get rid of bed bugs but haven't seen 1 bed bug and I kept getting the bites!
Also try using bug spray at home for your skin, and having fans blowing on me helps, especially because I am always warm, and they cannot fly against the wind.
Use essential oils on your skin like lemon, eucalyptus, mint and camphor which are known for repelling no see ums. You can make your own essential oil spray by mixing several drops in a spray bottle with water, or you can purchase a natural insect repellent spray made with a mix of essential oils.
