I have an English Bulldog and he's had the pinkish red bump on his neck when he was a puppy. I know it gets irritated here and there but he has small clearish bumps near it and I have no idea what it is. If anyone had a similar case or maybe knows what this could be before I reach out to my vet

Since he has had this for a long time and it now seems to be getting worse, this may be the time to take him to his vet.
However, vet visits are usually very costly so you might want to check out one of the virtual vets that are popping up online and usually only charge a small portion of an actual vet visit.
Your vet may also have this service so check that out first.
Chewy has a highly recommended service but may not be available in all states.

You can provide some comfort while waiting for your visit by adding a small portion of Epsom salts to warm water and gently wiping the spot with a clean cloth dipped in this solution.
If the spot is not 'raw-looking', you can make the Epsom salt heavier and it will draw out some of the irritation but do not add too much if there are bright red areas as it tends to draw strongly.
Start with a less strong solution.
You can also lay the wet cloth over the spot and leave it for a few minutes.
Any change in your dogs skin should be examined by a vet.
Your dog may have allergies or something more serious. You should have your Vet check your pup.
Small clearish bumps look like allergies. Read about dog skin allergies here: www.rubold.com/
The pinkish red bump may be a histiocytoma. It's a relatively benign skin tumor that affects young dogs and don't need treatment.
Be sure to consult your veterinarian.
My Shar-Pei/English Bulldog mix has the same thing. Did you ever find out what they are?
This is something that really needs to be seen by a vet. It could be fungal, bacterial, allergy or something else. Without knowing what it is there is no way to know what treatment to do and the wrong treatment or no treatment could lead to something worse.
