I found these old dolls while cleaning out my wife's mom's house. Can anyone tell me what they are? We were told that they are collectible. If not they will go into the Goodwill box.

Undress the doll and look for markings on the neck, back, chest and bottom of feet. You can also upload those pictures to the forum at www.dollreference.com. Someone there can help
These are lovely and look very old. There should be markings on the back of the neck, butt, back or feet. Can you photograph the markings? Can you also tell me if the body is cloth or what you think it is made from? How tall are they.
The one with the pantaloons maybe a Horseman doll (the brand), the bottom one may be a German doll.
If you can't find markings to post, I suggest finding a reputable antique store in your town (or several) and shop them to them.
If you talk to them about insurance value, they may give you more information than if you talk to them about values and selling them.
Some old dolls are quite valuable and some are not. There are so many variables including how many were made, condition and just general demand for a type.
Sleepy eye dolls are often in demand if the eyes work.
Leather shoes (which it looks like one doll has) are also in very high demand. I just sold a pair of dolly leather shoes for $50 recently!!
It is hard to tell if the clothes are original to the dolls or not. Sometimes the clothing is worth more than the dolls! Which I find just fascinating!
If you can provide more info, I can try to help. If not, please post back what the experts tell you. These are quite lovely and I hope they are valuable and that you get a nice windfall from them if you sell them!! Definitely NOT for the Goodwill box!!!
