I bought these dolls recently and was told they were about 50 years old. They are porcelain bisque and bisque composition dolls. Anything you're able to share will be appreciated!

Sorry - I am not familiar with your dolls but I always ask for information on the eBay doll discussion board. It is available to anyone - just load your photos on Photobucket or similar photo programs. This will make them available to upload or for someone to see them on Photobucket.
Find the discussion boards - ask on Google if you cannot find it and search for dolls.
This board will show you how to submit photos and questions. Basically you have to submit photos and measurements and any identifying marks. This may sound complicated (and it is a little) but if you really want some information - this is the way to find it.
You may be able to Google or check eBay or Replacements etc. for like photos but you may never find them. I hope someone will recognize your dolls and be able to help.
I believe the first baby doll is the Gerber baby advertising doll from the 1960's. I have two later ones from 1994 made by Toy Biz.
