From the image I can make out it looks like bed bugs for sure and it sounds like your home is infested with them. You will need to get a professional exterminator to clean this up, throw away your bed if it is too bad, and it could also mean getting rid of some of your furniture if it is really bad.
These do look like bedbugs to me. You will need professional help getting rid of them.They will tell you exactly what they are. It is almost impossible to get rid of them yourself. If you are renting your home you need to get your landlord to pay the exterminator. You should not have to pay for it.
