I found this bug on my pillow and freaked out, I saw them before when I was cleaning my room and moving my entire room around. I honestly hate any form of bug and will flip out if it's pests like bed bugs. Can someone please put my mind at ease because I don't even want to sleep thinking this is bed bugs. I don't have bites or get bitten at night. I just can't identify what this is.

It looks like an ear wig. They come out at night, feed off plants. They do not bite.
It could be a beetle. It is definitely not a bed bug.
This is not a bed bug and could be a gant or another type of bug that comes in from outside to get warm. You can spray your home or put out sticky flypaper to try and trap them if you hate the smell of sprays as I do.
Not a bed bug. Not the right shape.
It does look like it could be an earwig. They DO NOT go into your ears (unfortunate name for them).
They eat plants and such and come in this time of year for warmth.
Best to take him outside, do a good vacuum, look for openings outside in the walls, around the windows and get those sealed up. Usually you just find one or two strays.
If you find more, you may need to take further action, but most times it is one and done.
