These keep showing up on windowsills, in cupboards with cups or medicine and they're everywhere. We can't kill them and they like phone screens. Can someone help?

They could be gnats. Try to find the nest outside. Spray with an insecticide that also kills termites.
I suggest scooping some into a glass jar with a tight seal and double bag them and take them to your local hardware store or garden center so the can identify them for you and give you treatment options.
If you have small children, pets or people with allergies in the house, be careful if you choose a chemical spray.... following the instructions carefully.
