I have recently (3-4 months) started seeing these little brown bugs on my boat. I live aboard with my dog. I don't believe they are bed bugs, due to the fact that I find them both inside and outside my boat. I don't find them in my bed, and I primarily see them on the wood throughout boat, or near it at least. I have also seen them around my dog's feces when I went to clean it up. At most I will see 3 or 4 in the same area. I have not found a large population of them together.
The babies are extremely tiny, appear to be white/clear, and they're the size of the tip of a sewing needle. The adults appear lite brown, they move very fast. They don't appear to jump or fly.
I reached out to my local University with no response. I have these pictures along with some video and I have captured a few of my unwanted tenants for viewing.

I know they are not bedbugs. I would spray with an all-purpose insecticide.
This isn't a bed bug and looks more like a marine bug that lives in hulls of the boat. I would get someone in the marina to come and check this out.
