Does anyone know what these bugs are? I am finding them on bedroom baseboards, wall, and ceiling?
Thanks.

They look like carpet beetles. Vacuum them up, dispose of the bag outside and spray with an insecticide. B
I think they are some sort of a carpet beetle. There are a few different types of these beetles and I do not know the exact one your is. I hate insecticide to spray with because they can be dangerous to you and if you have pets. There are other ways to get rid of them by using a sticky tape for cockroaches or even flies. I would place some down around the baseboards of the home and vaccum every day to get rid of them.
In California (Southern) if I saw them I would first think they were the larva of a very small grayish flying pest, which to me look like moths about 1/4 inch long. If dry food of any kind is near this it would be this- we called them millers
