This one is a type of cocharoach. It's a small one but I've seen them about 1/4 size of a sewer cocharoach. These cocharoaches are usually in-house and stay in if you don't keep your house clean from food. Clean house /kitchen & Poison combined will keep them away.

This is not a bed bug so you are fine. it is a beetle that has come from outside to get warm. You need to really do a deep cleaning of your rugs and then take the cleaner outside and dump the contents in the trash to get rid of them.

It is not a cockroach i grew up with loads of cockroaches this is not 1 but i am on here looking for the answer 2 cuz they r all over my bed closest thing I found that they might be is mold mites
