I ordered some furniture online and when I opened it up it had lots of these small tan balls, and I am curious if anyone knows what they are? Insect eggs? They remind me of coriander seeds, but they are perfectly round.

It looks like some kind of packing material. You can always send the picture to the company and they can tell you what it is
I don't think its packing material, as I ordered four of the same items that were shipped in four boxes, and only the one box had any inside. Also, the amount was so small that it wouldn't be effective.
Its not packing material I just found these same eggs behind my couch & i swept them up bc I was terrified, does anyone know the answer yet?
This is a mystery. I can't imaging insect eggs growing UNDER packing tape, but I guess anything is possible.
Did the company respond? If I had to guess, I would think these are beads that go into a bean bag type chair or stuffed animal and there was some kind of malfunction in the packing area where these dropped in as as the item was being wrapped.
Post back what you learn!! I love a good mystery!!
Are they IN a packet all their own? If so, they might be some sort of moisture-absorbing material.
Found same things at home, 5 or 6 of them on the floor, i also recently ordered furniture, but didnt notice any big collonies.
if anyone knows what this is please let me know
These tan balls look like spider egg sacs - but I don't know why there would so many! Have you squeezed one? Are they very hard, soft or fragile?
