I'm looking for this stuffed animal in specific. The stuffed animal is like a dog bear with a bowtie. I got it when I was little. I say between the years of 1995-2000 ish. I have no way to find out who made it because it got shredded to pieces. Any help be awesome

Without a tag, it will be nearly impossible to identify the exact manufacturer.
You might watch on ebay & one may turn up. Otherwise it's going to be difficult to know the manufacturer for your plush if there is no tag.

It looks very large, maybe 24-30"?
Are you sure it had a bow tie? Or maybe a ribbon/bow?
I found several close pups, but none with the same type eyes.

I would suggest you join several toy forums as these members have a lot of knowledge about plush toys.
