I just recently received these plates, I have 11 of them. I wanted to find out a bit more information on them as to how old they are, what's the pattern called, if I wanted to add another plate so I have 12 what would the price be. I can't seem to find the plate anywhere and have even called Lenox and they had no answers. Help.

Following is information that I gathered from researching Dulin & Martin, Co but since there is very little information available, most of this will be of little use.
Hopefully, someone else will provide more useful information.
It appears your china was made by Lenox but was sold to Dulin & Martin, Co., Washington, DC.
Dulin & Martin apparently had china (and other items) made especially for them and a lot of their china was from special orders; even Presidential White House china.
It appears that most of the major brand name companies did the same thing as eBay and other sites show several brand names, including Lenox.
I do not believe that Replacements can help you but it is worth a try just be sure to include Dulin & Martin, Co along with Lenox.

I'm not sure you will be able to locate your pattern name but it appears that most of this type of china was made in the 30s-40s.
Some special patterns are worth more money but it seems that not very much of that is available anymore.
You can look for your pattern on eBay and other sites but you may have to settle for a 'similar' pattern or be happy with what you have.
As to cost to purchase: probably around $22 - $30 plus shipping should you be lucky enough to find your pattern.
Here is information from eBay listings:

Upload the picture to replacements.com. They will identify the pattern and give you a price they will be willing to pay.
I did that and Replacement.com said that they could not identify the pattern
You might try contacting Lenox again and email them. Here's the contact page to assist w/ finding the pattern of your china:

Have you tried a search on eBay. ?? Put in a good description and any numbers or marks that are on your plate . You might not find an exact match but it will probable give you a general idea of plates simular to yours.
Yes I have and there are some that are remotely similar but that's about it
