These are crawling on my family room floor, sliding glass door, and kitchen counters. They do not fly. There is no hard shell. They are so very small you really have to stare to see them. The bug man was just here on the 25th. This is making me itch thinking about it. I live in Arizona.

They could be a type of gnat. Save them in a plastic bag to show the exterminator
I would call the bug guy back out and have him give a look see and retreat...since you already paid for the service and you should not have critters less than 2 weeks after a treatment.
I would ask him what they are and then when he ID's them, come back to this site and someone here can give you a more natural solution to prevent and get rid of them.
