The picture is very blurry. Put some in a sealed plastic bag and go to any place that sells pesticides. They will identify the bugs and sell you the correct pesticide.
They are incredibly tiny, hard to photograph, but keep showing up in pockets on the outside and inside of my front door, which is wood.
My guess is gnats since the wings look clear.

This site has a bunch of suggestions for getting rid of them. The one to use dish soap in a bowl with cider vinegar seems to work the best when I have them:
The trick is to keep them away. If they are coming up from the drains, you can try regular pours of boiling water down the drains.
If they are coming in from cracks in windows/walls, seal up any open spaces.
Hope you can debug quickly! They are quite pesky if they are gnats.
