This past week I have been finding these black bugs on my bed sheets. Tonight I found one crawling on my arm. I have sprayed my bed area with flea spray and washed my sheets in hot water, however they are back. I am freaking out, I am washing my sheets again at 3 AM. Please someone help me figure out what this bug is. I have not been bitten by them, they don't fly, just crawl. When I find them in my bed they are usually dead or very very slow so they are easy to grab. Someone please help me.
Thank you.

It's probably a carpet beetle. Make sure to vacuum very thoroughly all around and under the bed and the whole room/house and all around the windows and curtains - then dispose of the bag immediately. Make sure there are no forgotten snacks/dishes or pet food around that might attract them. (Even one of those rice-filled neck pillows or taxidermy might be guilty.) Please be cautious about sprays; they are harmful to humans too.
What do the legs look like? The 3 segments look like a basic harmless black beetle. Nuisance bug, comes in when weather changes.
This is not a bed bug and there is no worries on that one. However, it does look like a carpet beetle and it appears that you have quite a few in your home. I would lay down some sticky fly tape around the area to trap them and stop them from crawling on your bed. Clean the are good and make sure to empty the cleaner each time you vacuum the room. If this is not helping you may need to get some help from pest control to spray for the beetles to get them out of your home.
