This could be a bedbug. Look for stains on your sheets and call an exterminator
They don't appear to be Bed bugs, but to be sure, you could contact a professional if this persist . Once you figure out the type of bug, you can go from there on how to treat this.
Look at pictures of springtails (snow fleas), thrips, and biting midges (no see ums).
