Im not sure what it is. If you bought this new, notify the store and return it. If used, spray with insecticide and cover with plastic drop cloths so the bugs will smother
I have never seen such a bug. Does it have a white bottom? I'd tell whomever/wherever you got the couch asap :o
Yikes! If you bought this at a store, I would take it and the bugs back and ask for a refund.
If you bought from a private sale, you should let the seller know.
This looks like the bug, but my favorite site isn't quite sure what it is:
I would put the couch away from the rest of the house until you can figure out f it is as small issue or infestation.
