There are a couple of these along the corners of the wall. If I look really close, it looks like larvae? But I'm really not sure if it's someone's food, or someone's baby(s)? It looks as though there's a small web around it. Does anyone know what they are, or who made them?

It could be a termite.
Looks like a Termite!!!
I think you have termites in your home. I would get your home inspected and sprayed for them.
It looks to me like a lacewing in a spider web. Maybe scrape them off the wall, into a jar and take them to the hardware store and ask.
