Identifying a Bug Found on the Bedspread?

A small bug on some packaging. Can anybody help me identify this bug and what should I do? This the second time I found it on my bed spread! I've changed the linens often. I've had my bed suite for 2/3 years.

This looks like a carpet beetle and not a bed bug. Check around and see if you find more. Deep clean the carpets and throw the sack out immediately in the trash.
