I found this bug shell in a dresser drawer. Any idea what it belongs to?

I am not an expert, but it looks like a dead bed bug. They are that color and shape. Hopefully you don't see any more of these (dead or living).
If you are in the US, upload a (clearer) photo to your local home extension office and get them to weigh in.

It looks like morgellons disease!
You could take it to any store that sells pesticides and they could identify it. Be on the lookout for live bugs.
Some bugs will shed their shells when growing and others will leave behind a shell when it is dead. It is hard to say which bug did this one. If you are worried and find more bugs in the home you can visit your local pest control company with the bug or the shell and they should be abe to assist you in identifying this bug.
