My dog has this spot/lump next to her nose. It's a teddy colour, it's not very big, but you can see the redness and feel the spot.

Any change in skin, on a human or an animal, should be checked by a doctor. Please call a vet.

Looks like it may be an insect bite. I would watch for a day or two. If it doesnt go down, see your Vet right away.
