This is a beautifully handcrafted cabinet and it is very detailed and nicely built. Normally with this type of work, there should be a name o the back of the piece to tell you who has made it. If you are not finding any of this and I know it could be hard because you would need to empty the cabinet and look on the back and bottom of the piece. If this one is not possible and you have an antique furniture store in your area take the pictures there and ask them for some help. We normally need a name of the cabinet maker in order to do more research on items like this one.
Take this question and pictures to larger social media networks. So many at home would love the challenge and maybe have knowledge of the piece .
Do you know how old it is or how long your mom has had it?
How tall and how wide and how deep is it?
Is the glass plain or beveled? Any wave to it?
Have you looked on the underside or back for markings, or inside the drawers or doors?
What does the back look like--is it solid wood or particle board/thin wood?
How are the drawers connected--dovetails or nails or glue?
