I recently purchased this vintage drop leaf convertible coffee/dining table. There are patent numbers and 2 identifying numbers.
The mechanics are in excellent condition. The only part that needs "work" is refinishing the top, as the finish has completely crackled (and chipped in a couple spots).
Brass knobs on both sides offer one handed conversion. Brass casters.
Hardware is Stanley brand.
I only paid $28 for it at a thrift store. The workers there had no clue it converted into a dining table.
I would love to know more about it, including value and maker. I have searched for hours and hours looking for anything similar, which I did find one (again with no information).

Searching for patent numbers alone are so hard to find out any information on who actually made the table. If you found these numbers have you found a name of a company?
This is a lovely piece, that was a steal purchase! because there isn't a lot of info, I suggest you take more pictures and take to a antique furniture dealer. Often they can understand and tell you from what info you have. It just needs a little love to make this Gem show worthy!
I have seen numbers like this on furniture that is from the early half of the 20th century in the US. More than that is hard to say because of the generic nature of it.
This has a 1970s vibe to it. If you have a vintage furniture store you can get them to look at it and confirm. Probably a store brand piece. Where I am they are selling for under $50, usually as lie as $25.
Furniture is very regional in price. Sounds like you got a fair price.
Post back if you are able to hear more from a dealer!
