I do understand DanDee Collectors choice dolls are not worth much. But I just want to know her name. I got her after my grandma passed away. She is beautiful. She has long curly hair. And is wearing a golden colored hat with feathers, as well as a golden colored dress with lace and beading along with pink flowers on her dress. She has green eyes and is holding an umbrella (also golden with a pink flower and lace). She is 17 inches tall.

I would upload this picture to Collectors Weekly. They can help you. www.collectorsweekly.com/
You could contact this woman. www.ebay.com/
She loves dolls and for a while had a $5 "I will identify your doll" listing. I don't know if she's still selling but she would know
Yes, she is lovely! Green eyes are unusual!
So, by name you mean like Jennifer or Sarah or just the name of the collection? If it is name, I do not remember the DanDee dolls having people names. There could have been some that did, but my memory of them is they were unnamed left to the owner to give a moniker.
They did have some series, like Collectors Choice and Keepsake Memories. Then subsets of them like the Collectors Choice Fashions of the Century, and there was a musical series also. Then there were blue boxes and pink boxes...which I have no memory of what made them different.
With the head tilt, expression, and curls, I would think she is in one of the Collectors Choice series sets/sub-sets. It would take finding an exact match of her in the box to get the sub-setting down. If you love window shopping, you can type a description of her into google, click on images and scroll through the hundreds and hundreds of pretty dolls. You may find her quickly today or maybe next week as the images seem to change daily! It is fun if you need something mindless and relaxing to look! Nice stroll down memory lane!
I hope this helps you on your research for your lovely!!
Enjoy her!! She was meant to be loved!!
