Received this from my grandmother and I'm not sure of the value. Can anyone help identify?

I would do a search on eBay. First look and see if there are any identification marks or numbers on your doll . Put any thing you find in the search including a description of the doll . eBay is famous for having the most dolls listed. You may not find your exact doll , but you should find some thing simular and get s general idea .
This looks like a mass-produced knockoff doll. It was made in 1988 so it is not antique or unique. It is not valuable.
You might try to find your doll @ Etsy:

This is an unusual doll and it's possible the mark may mean something to a doll collector but I cannot identify it.
I would suggest you ask your question on the doll sites that offer help identifying dolls.
