The curved steel legs allow it to "bounce". The upholstery seems to be vinyl. There are no markings at all! I honestly can't find another chair on line with image search. Any help would be much appreciated!

It looks like a creative person took an office chair and attached it to the flat bottom
Wow! Neat! These are called, to the best of my knowledge Bounce Chairs, but what brand is the question. There are some that are created for indoor use, but you mostly see this design in wrought iron porch furniture from the 40s-50s.
There are some of these style chairs that are very valuable selling in the $800 to $1000 and up range.
Do you have a good vintage furniture store or auction house in your town? I suggest having someone like that check it out.
They can help you value it for your town and if it is one of the high price versions, they can (hopefully) give you the resources you need to get it in front of the crowd who would want to buy it.
It reminds me of something Frank Lloyd Wright designed so I am hoping you have something very rare and valuable.
Please post back what an expert tells you!! It is a super cool piece! Mid Century Modern is in right now, but waning so the time is right to get this piece sold if that is your goal!
