Anyone know what this bug is? I found one on a new mattress in my house and then in the shower. They seem to have wings which I have read bed bugs do not. They are very fast crawling bugs. We are also seeing them on us outside now that we have become super aware of them. Are they just an outside bug getting in?

It doesn't look like a bedbug to me. Put it in a plastic bag and take it where pesticides are sold. They can identify it here and tell you the right pesticide to purchase.
If they have 3 segments, they may be a flour beetle--see this photo to see if they match:

If that is what they are, they are often brought into the house from stores where they have been eating grains, flour, etc.
If this is what they are, the best way to get rid of them is to clean out the pantry, vacuum up (and get rid of the bag outside far from the house) any loose ones, toss all affected products, and then wash down the pantry with whatever is safe to wash it down with--depending on what kind of cabinets you have...you don't want to ruin the finish so be aware of that before using any products.
