Here is another of the dolls I am trying to get information about. Is anyone out there familiar with this type of doll? It too was bought in the south of France. The body is stuffed with possibly sand? It also has a full fabric body with a painted china head. I've looked for marks etc., but found none.

As with the previous doll, since it has no marking it could be a kit doll or a mass-produced doll.
Hello again, I just realized you had several posts.
After thinking about your last doll, I found a Facebook group that may be helpful to you for all of your dolls that were purchased in France.
There is a group called Antique German & French Dolls that may be able to help you identify the dolls.
Post back what you learn! Thanks for sharing your dolls. I look forward to learning more!
I had several of these dolls when I was a child. My mother's friends use to pick them up at gift stores in different countries across Europe and bring them home to me. Some of them were stuffed and other ones were made with plastic legs and held together with rubber bands. I would go to a forum for doll collectors online and show them the photos of your dolls. They might be of more help than we can be considering the dolls look so much like the ones I received when I was young.
