It looks like a lavender trumpet vine. If you didnt plant it, you might want to get rid of it because it is invasive.
That is a wild violet. In Missouri we have several kinds, so TX probably does too. We have the southern violet and woody violet. they only last a short time in the spring and are not invasive.
I used Garden Flower Identifier application and they say Gladiolus italics Mill. Common name Corn Gladiolus or Field Gladiolus.
I have something similar and I believe it could be Corn Gladiolus or Field Gladiolus as mine does resemble gladiolus but the blooms are more spread out on the stalk.
