This plant is found in Victoria, BC Canada. I live part time in Central America and would love to plant it here - if only I could find out what it is!
Thanks for the help.

I went to tbe Butchart Gardens and saved their book. I think the plant is astilbe. You need well drained soil and moderate sun. They will burn in full sun and do not do well in wet soil.

If your second picture is of your "plant" I do not believe anyone has Identified your "bush plant".
- You may be able to ask for help at Butchart Gardens as they seem to have most of the plants in your area. They may also be able to tell you what type of weather conditions for this plant so you will know if it will grow in Central America.
- In the US we have county extension agencies that have agriculture agents and master gardeners that usually will help us ID a plant but I did not see an office in Victoria, BC Canada but you might ask this question at the garden site also.
